Intimate surrounds of the chapel, at REGATHER CO-OPERATIVE,  the Regather bar with its own wonderful Regather brewery. A nice relaxing evening on Midwinter night, interspersed with a little manic looping ?

2015 fand der »Cinefonie-Tag« zum ersten Mal statt. Veranstalter ist das Filmmagazins »35 Millimeter«. Er ist als jährlicher Filmevent in Saarbrücken konzipiert. Der Gedanke ist, mehrere Aspekte rund um das Thema »Film« an einem Tag und auf einem Event zusammenzuführen.

Wie der Name »Cinefonie« schon andeutet, wird es immer auch darum gehen die beiden Kunstgebiete »Film« und »Musik« zu kombinieren.

Die Veranstaltung hat auch das erklärte Ziel die Saarländische – insbesondere die Saarbrücker – Film- und Kunstszene zu fördern und zu unterstützen. Auf den »Cinefonie-Tag« werden Gäste und Partner aus ganz Deutschland eingeladen, um diese mit der saarländischen Filmszene zu vernetzen. Somit funktioniert der »Cinefonie-Tag« auch als Vernetzungstreffen.

Auch internationale Gäste werden eingeladen.

Fresh from their sell out show at The Abbeydale Picture House, The Cuckoo Clocks in a rare live appearance will be performing with special guests in the intimate setting of Big Wow Studios.

Opening the evening’s entertainment will be Tim Wakefield – Expect the full spectrum of religious-ecstatic experiences and genuine, science-based, peer-reviewed enlightenment, with stomping from local slide hero & sheffield music stalwart.

This show is the first of a 3 part series of live events being broadcast in the same week at The Big Wow in assocaition with with Sensoria Festival.

Well this is all very exciting! We’re thrilled to invite everyone to our ‘Co-Morbid’ Debut Album Launch in the stunning Devil’s Arse Cave in the Peak District. Amongst other excitements we have the incredible and wondrous Sieben performing for your dark pleasures.

Two great days of music on the Tramlines fringe. Saturday 1pm-8pm, hosted by Denzil Watson, (Phantom Power Records, Repomen). Sunday 1pm-7pm, hosted by myself. Event sound run by Red Tape Central on both days. This will be a warm and lovely gathering – pop in and see what’s going on- better still settle in and stay all day.
